Privacy Notice

Last updated: September 21, 2026

This notice explains how Metope Marketing handles information associated with the SYNS website and conversations about the Snapshot.

1. Who we are

SYNS is operated by Metope Marketing in Kansas, United States. Our services are intended primarily for business customers in the United States. In this notice, “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Metope Marketing.

2. Information involved

  • Website visits. The website has no inquiry form, customer accounts, checkout, or newsletter signup. Its current code does not include analytics tools, advertising pixels, or LinkedIn embeds.
  • Communications. If you contact us through LinkedIn, we can see the profile information available to us, your messages, and any business or contact details you choose to share. If you continue the conversation by email, that correspondence also contains information you provide.
  • Technical information. Hosting and network services may process information such as IP addresses, browser details, requested pages, and request times to deliver and protect the website. A website without a contact form is not necessarily free of technical logs.

Please do not send passwords, account credentials, payment-card details, or confidential documents through an initial inquiry. Snapshot research uses public data and does not require access to your accounts or analytics.

3. How we use information

We use inquiry information to respond, understand the proposed research scope, discuss an engagement, and maintain relevant business correspondence. Technical information may be used to operate the website, diagnose problems, and protect against misuse. Information may also be needed to meet legal obligations or address a dispute.

Contacting us is an inquiry about our services, not a newsletter subscription.

4. LinkedIn and service providers

Our contact button is a link to a LinkedIn profile. Clicking it takes you away from this website; it does not submit a form to us or automatically send a message. LinkedIn controls its own account, messaging, cookie, and data-handling practices. Read the LinkedIn Privacy Policy for details.

Providers involved in hosting or communications may process information needed to provide those services. We may disclose relevant information when required by law or when necessary to address fraud, misuse, or a legal claim.

The website is being prepared for deployment on Hostinger. Hosting-specific logging, storage locations, and retention settings will be checked before public launch. This notice does not promise that all processing takes place in the United States.

5. Cookies and tracking

The current website code does not set cookies or use browser storage for analytics or advertising. It does not load a LinkedIn widget or tracking script. LinkedIn may use cookies and other technologies when you visit its service. Hosting-related behavior will be verified at launch.

6. Retention and deletion

We retain information according to the purpose of the conversation, whether an engagement is ongoing, and any applicable legal or dispute-related need. Records that are no longer needed should be removed from the systems under our control. We do not promise automatic deletion after a fixed number of days.

LinkedIn and other providers maintain their own records and backups under their policies. Removing a copy we control does not necessarily remove every copy held by a provider or another participant.

7. Privacy questions and requests

You can ask about information we hold about you, request a correction, or request deletion by contacting our representative on LinkedIn. If you already have a conversation with us, you can use that channel. LinkedIn messaging depends on its account and access settings.

Explain your request without sending sensitive identification documents in the initial message. We may need to confirm your identity and clarify the information concerned. Available rights and any exceptions depend on applicable law. Requests about LinkedIn’s own processing should be directed to LinkedIn.

8. Changes to this notice

We will update this page when the website or our information practices change and revise the date above. Additional notice will be provided where required by applicable law.
