These terms describe the use of the SYNS website and the research information presented here. A paid Snapshot engagement is covered by separately agreed terms.
1. Website operator and scope
This website is operated by Metope Marketing in Kansas, United States. “SYNS,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Metope Marketing in these terms.
The website introduces our research services. It does not provide a customer account, a software subscription, an online checkout, or automatic report generation.
2. The Snapshot
The Snapshot is a one-time research engagement examining how OpenAI GPT and Anthropic Claude models present a brand through API responses. Deliverables are an 8–10 page report, an evidence workbook, and a 45-minute readout. Pricing on request.
Research uses public data only. We do not require access to your accounts or analytics. The scope, deliverables, timing, fees, payment conditions, and any rights to use a commissioned report must be agreed separately before work begins. Sending an inquiry does not place an order or create a paid engagement.
3. Research limitations
AI answers vary from run to run and change when providers update their models. A Snapshot describes a specific set of responses collected on specific dates.
Results collected via API may differ from responses in real consumer AI interfaces, which involve login, personalization, regional settings, and live web access.
SYNS measures how AI assistants respond at the time of collection. We do not guarantee, and nothing on this site promises, any ranking, AI mention, traffic, conversion, revenue, or ROI outcome.
A mention, a citation, and a recommendation are different signals. Mention order is a position signal, not a recommendation. SYNS does not currently report a recommendation rate.
Demo material is labeled as a demonstration. It describes that particular study and should not be treated as an industry benchmark or a prediction of your results.
4. Using website content
You may read and share links to this website to evaluate our services. When referring to our research or demo material, preserve its source, context, and limitations. Do not present a demo as work performed for you, imply our endorsement, or remove notices in a way that misrepresents the findings.
Third-party names and marks identify the relevant companies or products. Their appearance does not state an affiliation, partnership, or endorsement. Nothing here limits uses permitted by applicable law.
5. Acceptable use
Do not use the website for unlawful activity, impersonation, spam, or attempts to interfere with its availability or security. Do not attempt unauthorized access to systems or introduce malicious code. Normal browsing and sharing a link are welcome.
6. Contact and external services
To discuss a Snapshot, visit our LinkedIn contact profile. The link opens a profile; it does not automatically send a message. Messaging availability is controlled by LinkedIn and the relevant account settings.
External services have their own terms and privacy practices. We do not control their availability or operation. Our Privacy Notice explains the website’s current information-handling approach.
7. Availability and updates
Website content may be corrected or updated, and access may be interrupted for maintenance or technical reasons. Confirm engagement details with us before relying on them for a purchase decision.
We may revise these website terms and update the date above. Changes to this page do not by themselves amend a separately agreed client contract. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or obligations that cannot lawfully be excluded.
